Seymour Car Park

Seymour car park is arguably the biggest car park in Nigeria. Standing on six floors, with a capacity to park 1,300 vehicles at a time.

The car park is equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities including; Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and adequate conveniences for both male and female users on every floor of the complex.

To ensure a standardized process, procedure, optimal utilization and maintenance of the facility, Alpha Mead Facilities was contracted to provide Integrated Facility Management Services to the car park. Some of the services delivered by AMFacilities on the project include; cleaning, fumigation, security, water treatment plant maintenance, sewage system maintenance, CCTV maintenance, generator maintenance, fire system maintenance, elevator maintenance, toll and ticketing management, maintenance of ticketing machines and barriers..
