Federal Secretariat, Abuja

The Federal Secretariat Complex project is a 1,000 Sqms of office space and 800 car park spaces operated under Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement between Alpha Mead Development Company (AMDC) and the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation.

The project initiated by the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation in conjunction with the Development Control unit of the Federal Capital Territory and the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) is designed to improve the safety of civil servants and boost their workplace productivity. The pilot phase is beginning with the remodeling of the ground floor of Block A, and the car parking lot of the Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase II, Abuja.
