1004 Estate

1004 Estate comprises more than 1000 flats arranged in four clusters. In January 2011, AMFACILITIES was appointed the Facility Manager of cluster ‘A’, and the Lead Facility Manager for all shared services in the estate including: standby generator, transformer, water treatment plants, swimming pool, sewage treatment plant, fire protection equipment and green areas.

Within the first nine months of our well defined operational process and the best-in-class practice, occupancy rate rose from less than 30% to close to 90%, average rental income on the property tripled, and average property resale value doubled.

In addition, our service operations also cover two brand new elevators installed in each of the high rise buildings, and the dedicated sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 250 cubic metres per hour, and a power plant of 10 megawatts capacity.
