The Sterling Bank branch known as “Sterling Plaza” located in Abuja’s Central Business District (CBD) and function as the bank ‘s regional office.
The FM scope includes
1. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing system maintenance,
2. Cleaning, fumigation and waste management
3. Fire safety and protection etc.
Key Achievements:
Resolved 95% of service request within SLA over the first 12 months into the FM contract.
