Scope:
The FM project for the Nestle Nigeria covers the Corporate Office located at Ilupeju, Lagos. This location serves as the the company’s administrative and operational office in Nigeria.
The FM scope includes
1. Hard FM services – such as Air-conditioning, generator, electrical and plumbing systems maintenance.
2. Soft FM services- such as cleaning and fumigation.
Key Achievements:
1. Achieved 95% compliance to agreed service level agreement (SLA).
2. Consistently met <4 hours average close out time for unplan/reactive requests
3. Met 90% average score from internal/external QHSE audits
