Scope:
Award of FM service contract covering 68 MTN locations. These include the Corporate Office, Remote Data Location Units (RDLU) and other annexes and stations spread across Lagos, Abuja, Southwest, and all Northern region.
1. Energy optimization, Mechanical & Electrical maintenance.
2. Cleaning, waste, and pest control and fire protection/detection services
Key Achievements:
1. Delivered 25% reduction in operating cost on first-year contract
2. Achieved 99% Service Level Agreement compliance
3. Extended key facility asset’s lifespan by 10%
