Scope:

Osborne Towers, a high-end residential building is built on 12 floors and consist of 22 apartments.

The FM scope covered

1. Operation and maintenance of Air-conditioners (A/Cs), , pool, water treatment plant (WTP), sewage treatment plant (STP), elevators, UPS, and fire safety systems.
2. Diesel supply and servicing of 2 Nos 600KVA generators.
3. Cleaning, pest control and parking lot management.
